As we look toward our 2026 celebration, we embrace a theme that speaks to both our heritage and our future: “Every Valley.” This theme draws inspiration from Handel’s Messiah text, “Every valley shall be exalted,” and expands to encompass a broader vision of community, connection, and celebration.

Symbolically, valleys represent places of gathering, of tending, and of transformation. Bethany College and the Smoky Valley have become confluences where diverse streams of humanity, art, and experience flow together.
